This dataset contains thermoelectric property measurements of GeTe-based materials, including electrical conductivity, Seebeck coefficient and thermal conductivity across a range of temperatures. Structural characterisation data includes X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, pair distribution function (PDF) data, and extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) measurements to investigate both long-range and local atomic arrangements.
