Confocal images showing the localization of E-cadherin and p190B RhoGAP iat the apical adherens junctions in MCF-7 cells transfected with non-targeting control siRNA or siRNA against Rnd3 (Rnd3 KD) or Rnd1(Rnd1 KD) and treated with vehicle control DMSO or blebbistatin (BLB; 100μM, 2 hours). Cells were fixed with methanol and stained for p190B Rho GAP and E-cadherin.
