Confocal images showing the localization of E-cadherin, ZO-1 and p190B in wild type (ctrl) , N-WASP KD and Cdc42 KD cells. MCF-7 cells transfected with non-targeting control siRNA (Ctrl) or siRNA targeted against Cdc42 (Cdc42 KD) or N-WASP (N-WASP KD) were fixed with methanol and stained for p190B Rho GAP, E-cadherin or ZO-1.
