The Philip Crosbie Morrison Guide to Records documents and contextualise the records of Phillip Crosbie Morrison, a naturalist and science journalist. The collection documented by the Guide includes publications, scripts, photographs and correspondence documenting the life and career of Morrison, a naturalist and science journalist. The collection consists of 161 inventory items, mostly paper format files, grouped into 22 series. The total collection occupies 874 linear cm of shelf space (or its equivalent).The Guide is the output of a research database. It was originally produced in paper format by the Australian Science Archives Project (ASAP) in 1993. An online version of the Guide was published by the Australian Science and Technology Heritage Centre in June 2004. The online version underwent updates by the eScholarship Research Centre in 2009.
The records are held by the State Library of Victoria (MS 13358). The collection was listed by Stuart Brash, Anne-Marie Condé, Libby Robin, Ann McCarthy, Michael Jones, Gavan McCarthy and Tim Sherratt.
