Full description
The reports are not replicated in the minutes of the Council meetings. The reports are put up to the committee meeting where they are discussed, debated, further information requested etc. and they are then put up Council a fortnight later to be voted on. They were kept separate with the minutes only recording the vote. This was discontinued in 1995 where they were all put together in the one book.
