This series contains the precedent books for the Prickly-pear Destruction Board, later known as the Prickly Pear Commission.
The volumes record the procedural, legal or constitutional precedents that occurred under the Prickly Destruction Act 1924 (Act No. 31, 1924). The volumes contain letters and written amendments and case inquiries regarding the implementation of the Act. Majority of the the letters were written from the Crown Solicitor to the Under Secretary of Lands or Prickly Pear Commissioner.
The volumes contain an A-Z index at the front and follow with copies of legislation and letters pasted or written into the records.
