These exhibits were created from documents received by the Special Commission of Inquiry into the Glenbrook Rail Accident and form part of the Commission’s evidence. The exhibits are both paper and electronic copies (on CD ROM) of the documents received. The exhibits include the Letters Patent - the instrument establishing the Commission, Letters of Appointment of Counsel Assisting, timetable for the Commission, photographs of the accident site and the trains involved, diagrams, conversations between train drivers and controllers, data logger summary and analysis reports, submissions, statements, railway maintenance reports, railway procedures, State Rail internal memos, reports of other rail accidents, risk management reports, and letters received.
