This series consists of a comb-bound notes and some loose papers and correspondence summarising the position of the Egg Corporation. The material was prepared to advise the Minister on the position of the industry and details of the sale, and to assist in answering questions in Parliament. The papers cover the origins and constitution of the Corporation, the effect of deregulation of the industry which occurred in 1989, details of the sale, the tender process and reference material concerning the egg marketing industry.
