These are carbon copies of letters sent by the Accounting Officer, Rothbury Colliery to the Public Works Department, the Government Insurance Office of NSW, the South British Insurance Company and the PMG mainly concerning refunds on insurance policies relating to vehicles, property and equipment, and billing arrangements relating to telephone services prior to and subsequent to 5 July 1930. All are dated 4 July 1930.
