This study assess the local climatic impact of freshening in the subpolar North Atlantic using a suite of experiments performed with the Australian Earth system model, ACCESS-ESM1.5, and the 1/4 degree ocean/sea-ice model ACCESS-OM2. Results of this study are described in Menviel et al., 2026, with previous results from Pontes and Menviel, 2024.Issued: 2026
