A 'Palmer Injector'. A stainless steel injection device used for subcutaneous injections, with a 2ml syringe. Invented by Charles Palmer in the 1950s, and possibly manufactured in Paisley, Scotland. A syringe is placed inside, and is rapidly injected using the device.
