These are abstracts of monies collected by Henry Fisher and subsequent agents in winding up the affairs of the Corporation. They give the following particulars: rent of lands leased; period of account in which credited (generally entered quarterly); name; number of acres; balance; period; amount under each head; total.

In the front of the volume there is a letter from George Tomkins (Chief Clerk in the Audit Office) to William Macpherson (who became Agent when Fisher absconded in 1837 and acted in that capacity, until the appointment of Oswald Bloxsome in 1839).
