Full description
This volume shows the name of the patient, the hospital, the dates of admission and discharge, and the date of renewal of the application. There is also a column for remarks which contains mainly what appears to be the dates of further renewals of applications.
The register is arranged alphabetically by the first letter of the patient's surname, then chronologically by date of admission within each letter.
