This volume appears to record the admission of female patients to the various mental hospitals throughout the state. (Entries prior to about 1890, however, appear to be incomplete). The volume is arranged alphabetically by letter, and then chronologically. The details given are: name, hospital, date of admission, date of death, and remarks (eg. discharged, transferred to another hospital).
This volume complements 3/7064, which records the admission of males into mental hospitals for the same period.
