9 Aug 1918-22 Dec 1920, 30 Mar 1926-1 Dec 1930 (5/5876-77). 2 vols.

1918-20 volume is marked "Circulars No. 3" so that there were presumably 2 volumes prior to it and probably another 2 volumes for the period 1921-6.
