Full description

Entries in volume 6/4997A are arranged alphabetically by name of lessee. This volume records date and time of arrival, whether discharging or loading, description of cargo, departure date and time, and date returned.

Volumes 6/4977B-D are divided into sections, each section corresponding to an individual wharf. They record arrival date and time, the name of the vessel, weight of cargo discharged, weight of cargo loaded, description of cargo, point of departure, the owner or agent's name, departure date and time.

Volume X2032 is also divided into sections corresponding to individual wharves. Each section is further divided into two sections: one records the name of the vessel, date, tons loaded and tons discharged; the other records name of lessee, week, the number of vessels at each wharf and place of origin, weight of cargo discharged, weight of cargo loaded, total weight of cargo handled, time at wharf, time spent working cargo, wharf and remarks.
