These files present a complete history of individual egg producers who were licensed under the Egg Industry Stabilisation Act of 1971. The files contain applications for a licence and licence renewals, notification of allocation of a base hen quota, correspondence from the Licensing and Review Committees concerning variations to the hen quotas, details concerning transfers of hen quotas, correspondence regarding out-breaks of disease, and correspondence relating to offences under the Egg Industry Stabilisation Act.
