This series is a continuation of the two previously described series. The following information is given for each case: number of plaint; date; plaintiff; defendant; addresses; solicitors; cause of action; fees paid on plaint; minutes of judgment; for whom; amount of plaintiff's and defendant's costs; date of and judgment.

The dates given are the dates the plaints were entered for trial.

At the end of the volume one entry for the Mining Appeal Court (dated 29 June 1934, plaint number 1934/1) is included. Some miscellaneous papers of the District Court are attached at the back of the volume.
