This register records the details of persons, who, for reasons of conscience, refused to serve with the Australian Armed Forces under the provisions of National Service legislation. The register covers the period of the Vietnam War. The register is arranged chronologically by date of appearance before the Court and provides the following details: date of hearing; annual single number; name; and reason for hearing.
