The volumes in this series contain collated correspondence, documentation, press-clippings from the Accomodation Committee of the Resumed Properties Department. Much of the correspondence collated in these volumes is between the Resumed Properties Department and other Government agencies such as the Department of Public Works, Main Roads and the Valuer General and is prefaced with "HR/ID" and "WRT/TB". The subject matter of the documents collated in these volumes relate to the the housing of government departments as well as appointments to the committee.

The volumes are arranged alphabetically according to the location of the property involved in the resumption or acquisition. The documents within the volumes are controlled by year prefix and within the year, according to the departmental classification.
