This series is address books for Kamballa and Taldree Remand Centres. It was likely they were kept by the administrative staff.
The volumes record the name of the person, institution or business, street address and telephone number. There are also entries relating to internal matters such as the issue of stores, accounts and salaries. A few circulars, inmate and staff lists and daily routine's/time table have been pasted into the volumes.
