This series of cards record the medical history of girls at the Metropolitan Girls' Shelter.
The cards record the name and admission date, date of birth, I.Q. [Intelligence Quotient], and medical data supplied. There is also a table recording the medical history undertaken while at the shelter, recording the date, ailment and treatment.
The cards are arranged alphabetically by surname.
