This series consists of folders containing correspondence and papers from Pam Allan's office in her capacity as Member of Parliament for Wentworthville (1988-1991 and 1999-2007) and Member of Parliament for Blacktown (1991-1999).

The series consists of contact sheets recording issues raised by members of Pam Allan's constituency during phone calls to Pam Allan's office. There are also letters to Pam Allan in her capacity as a Member of Parliament from people within Pam Allan's constituency, and responses by Pam Allan's office to the issues raised. A large number of the letters deal with housing issues involving the Department of Housing. Copies of housing applications can also be found in this series. Other issues raised include debt recovery, policing and problems with neighbours. The correspondence has been filed alphabetically according to surname and the folders arranged in alphabetical order.
