This series consists of monthly submissions to the Department of Youth and Community Services detailing punishments handed out to residents of Endeavour House at Tamworth, for offences committed within the facility.

Prior to May 1986, the returns are in the form of sheets recording date, name, date of birth, type of punishment and nature of offence. From May 1986 the returns begin to be sent on a standard form, with columns for name, resident, date of birth, offence, and hours in cabin (detention in the detainee's cabin for a certain period being the standard punishment at this time). From February 1988 a new form was introduced, recording date of offence, name of detainee, date of birth, misconduct, reasons detainee found guilty, and punishment imposed.
