These papers comprise reports, correspondence, newspaper clippings and minutes of meetings held in regard to citrus canker from its first being reported by the United Sates Consul-General in 1915 to the Commonwealth Conference of Ministers for Agriculture in 1925.


Those concerned include the Departments of Agriculture of the Australian States, New Zealand and the United States of America, the New South Wales Department of Public Health, the New South Wales Fruitgrowers' Association, Customs officers, Quarantine officers, the Import and Export Branch, the Biological Branch of the Department of Agriculture, and the Sydney Morning Herald
