Full description

This series consists of the Agenda, business papers and associated documents presented to, and considered by, the Interim Council of the Newcastle Teachers College between October 1973 and September 1974. The material collected here includes duplicate Minutes of the Interim Council, some of which make up gaps in the official set of Minutes (NRS 18091). The earliest document is a copy of the Minutes of the meeting of 8th October 1973 (accompanying the Agenda for the following months meeting), but these contain a reference to an earlier meeting of uncertain date from which no documentation is included here.
The series takes the form of two ring-binders, in each of which the documents appear in reverse chronological order. Both binders are labelled 'Mr Todd' i.e. J.D. Todd, Secretary to the Council. Some documents bear manuscript annotations and corrections.
