The series documents work carried out by the Registrar-General's Office and its successors, largely in relation to land titling and registration. It includes correspondence, official documents and plans.

The scope of the series is quite wide, and includes correspondence relating to proposed legislation or amendments to legislation including the Real Property Act, Conveyancing Act, Crown Lands Acts and Strata Titles Act.
