The following details are recorded: date of hearing, number of case and whether charge or summons, prosecutor or complainant, defendant, offence or cause of action, Act and Section, fees chargeable or paid previous to hearing, date fees paid, how disposed of, signature of magistrates, whether imprisoned, time allowed, or paid, etc., date of payment and total amount.
The following courts are included in the volumes: Court of Petty Sessions and Children’s Court.
