Full description
Darlington Point Court of Petty Sessions [II] within the Narrandera Police District was created on 23 January 1896 under the provisions of s.459 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act of 1883 (46 Vic. No.17). (1)
The Darlington Point Court of Petty Sessions [II] was abolished on 31 December 1984 when the Local Courts Act 1982 abolished all Courts of Petty Sessions and replaced these with Local Courts. (2)
A previous Court of Petty Sessions was conducted at Darlington Point between 22 November 1881 and 3 May 1895. (3)
