This series consists of an Index of Meetings for the Mitchell College of Advanced Education (MCAE) Council (the governing body of the College) and its Committees.

The information is in the form of a booklet consisting of computer printouts, which is sorted alphabetically by subject matter. Some of the subject headings include; academic dress, budgets, Committees, Rules of Council, staff development, student union, etc. Under each subject is a listing of all references made to the particular subject by the Council or one its Committees.

Each entry provides the following information:
- a short explanatory sentence detailing each reference;
- the name of the Committee where the reference was made (eg. Council, Academic Board, Personnel Committee);
- the date of the meeting;
- a page number reference from the minutes of the meeting; and
- the resolution number.
