Full description
The cards are arranged in alphabetical order by surname. They document the work history of each employee recording the employee’s name, date of birth, a related file number, position(s) held, depot based at, rate of pay and long service leave cleared. The cards also document any reprimands/infringements and cautions over the course of the employee’s time in the service and the nature of the employee's exit from the service (e.g. retired, resigned, dismissed retrenched / voluntary redundancy, deceased).
