This series consists of general correspondence files from the State Transit Authority of New South Wales.
The files contain correspondence and papers dealing with both administrative and functional matters including policy, legislation, finances, personnel, property disposal, refurbishment and redevelopment, and files relating to the planning of ferry and bus services, fares and ticketing. Minutes and planning papers regarding transport provision, infrastructure and implementation are also included in the series.
The files are arranged in file number order. Please note that those files without original files numbers have been given a running number which appears in [square brackets].
