Full description

This series consists of the Minutes of the Building and Grounds Committee for the period from its inception in January, 1965 to February, 1968, and the Agenda, with some associated papers, to November, 1968. The Committee, as its name indicates, was responsible to Council for decisions on matters of capital works and maintenance ranging from the construction of new buildings to the provision of parking facilities. The first of the three binders which make up this series also contains some extraneous material, added in later years, as follows:
