Full description

This is the master reference set of documents laid before the Academic Senate during the period 1973 1989. Although the Academic Senate was created in 1965, this series was not commenced until 1973; previous documents were kept as part of series no. 16374 (Agenda and Papers). The documents are numbered consecutively within each year, the numbering beginning anew with the first meeting of each year. The documents consist of reports from subordinate Boards and Committees, submissions, planning documents and correspondence, all having some bearing on the Academic Senate's responsibilities in the areas of teaching and student discipline.
