This series consists of minutes and agenda papers for the meetings of the Site & Buildings Committee (later the Buildings & Grounds Committee) of the Riverina College of Advanced Education (RCAE).

The minutes and agendas (which also included any attachments for the meetings) are all typed and arranged in chronological order. The majority of the minutes have been signed by the Chairperson of each meeting, however there are some gaps where this has not occurred. For each meeting the minutes are first, followed by the agenda and the attachments.

The minutes document the decisions and resolutions made by the Committee. The following information is contained in the minutes: the date, place and time of the meeting; those people present at the meeting; apologies from people not able to attend; information and resolutions referred to the committee for approval from other committees and the Interim Council / Council of the College; resolutions passed by the committee itself; any correspondence tabled at the meeting; any general business arising; and the date, place and time of the next meeting.

The agendas outlined the format that the meetings followed and the matters that were to be addressed. This includes the attachments which gave members attending the meeting extra information pertaining to the topics for discussion on the agenda. Both the agendas and attachments were circulated prior to the meetings.
