This series consists of printed volumes of Parliamentary Acts and Bills relating to the holding of elections and the distribution of electorates in New South Wales from 1891 to 1969.
The Acts contain handwritten annotations and some have notes and newspaper articles relating to changes in the Act inserted into the volume.
Included in the series is a Government Gazette proclaiming the Parliamentary Elections and Electorates Act and describing the boundaries of New South Wales electorates. The series demonstrates amendments and changes that have occurred in the Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Act 1912 (Act No.41, 1912) from the time of its inception until 1977. Bills and Acts relating to the distribution of electorates that pre-date the Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Act of 1912 are also included in the series.
The Acts have been arranged in chronological order, by date of publication.
