Full description

These TAFE administrative files document staff development issues, major conferences attended by Senior Executive Service personnel, and the Aboriginals in TAFE Network (ATN) scheme. This scheme was established to provide support to Aboriginal staff employed by TAFE. Included are internal memoranda; minutes; reports; applications to attend staff development sessions; facsimiles; information packages from conference venues; and invoices.

Also included are administrative procedures on the TAFE/University of Technology Masters course, the Public Sector Management course, and the attendance of Senior Executive Service personnel at external courses; and draft notes on the implementation of the National Qualifications Framework. The files also contain requests from staff for financial assistance to undertake study and training; and guidelines and procedures for the Return to Industry Scheme.
