Full description

Prior to the major re-structure within the Technical and Further Education Commission in 1990, administration was centralised at Head Office. After the restructure a group of central servicing units, collectively known as Corporate Services, assumed control of planning and co-ordination of activities that affect TAFE as a whole. The Corporate Services units fall into three main groups, Executive, Operational, and Resources Services. Executive Services is comprised of Comprehensive Audit, Legal, Media, Ministerial, Secretariat, and Policy units. Operational Services is comprised of the Marketing, Educational Development, International Marketing, Properties, Planning, Evaluation and Research, and Student Services units. The Resources divisions include Administration, Finance, Personnel, Industrial Relations, and Information Systems.
