Full description
The dental history cards were kept in accordance with the directives of the Principal Dental Officer for the Western Metropolitan District and record the dental treatment carried out on each institution inmate. A chart of the dental work carried out and particulars of service are given as well as the dates on which those services were effected. The date of birth, name of inmate and date of admission of each inmate are given.
