The cards contain a detailed record of the behaviour of each inmate whilst at the Institution. The following details are given: name of inmate; date of birth; committal date; date of admission; religion; number of dormitory; date of expiry of committal; weekly period over which assessment was made; group; points gained on each day; points deducted on each day; total number of points gained weekly; section number and remarks which pertain to the reasons why the inmate lost points.
