Case files of applicants excluded from compensation by provisions of the Workers' Compensation (Silicosis) Act, 1942. Compensation was granted to these applicants by provisions of the Workers' Compensation (Silicosis) Amendment Act, 1942.

Case files are similar in content to the Files of "Hard Luck" cases . (5/3277). 1 box.
