These cards are for Yanco and Mirrool and date from about 1912 and 1913 respectively. They are divided into irrigated and non-irrigated farm leases. The lessee had an option to purchase the farm at any time, the price to be 20 times the annual rent. The rental was evaluated every 20-25 years.

The lease card, which is attached to the farm card, gives the following information: farm number; name and address of applicant; legal date of application and date of granting; particulars of grant; location and area of farm; annual rental and water rate; water rights; purchase money; Crown improvements; plan numbers; all transfer details; and miscellaneous notes.
