They include: photographs taken in March 1909 by Land and Peters showing the condition of works or plant referred to in various clauses of the specification for the contract, no.774 Storage Reservoir Dam at Barren Jack: contract no.774 Storage Reservoir Dam, Murrumbidgee River at Barren Jack and specification, 6 February 1909; agreement for the termination of the contract and submission for arbitration, 4 July 1919; and, amended agreement, 28 June 1921, being amendment of clause 4 in the original agreement of 4 July 1919. Also included is the report of a committee of engineers in respect of the amended design of the spillways and report of engineers dated 28 March 1919 in respect of the claims by the contractors, and various insurance policies on buildings at Barren Jack and compensation insurance of Land and Peters 1910, 1915 and 1919. These documents and photographs were exhibits of the Equity case the Attorney General v. Thomas Peters and John Symonds (the representatives of Land and Peters, Burrinjuck Dam contractors), October 1922.
