These papers relate to a stocktake of the Rothbury Colliery camp equipment carried out over the weekend of 21 and 22 December 1929.

Included are typescript copies of the report and a return of the results of the stocktake relating to what are termed major items of equipment such as tents, mattresses, beds and bedding, chairs and tables. For each item, the number originally received is recorded alongside the number counted in the stocktake. There are also five pages of handwritten tallies and workings, which include minor items such as cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.
