Full description

This small notebook contains an alphabetical listing of miners and other mine personnel. Only names are given.

At some stage, the booklet has also been used to record rough stock lists of provisions, materials and equipment ranging from groceries, including meat, flour, fruit and vegetables, condiments, confectionary and various beverages, through to stationery, hardware, oil and grease, cutlery, timber, toiletries and even recreational equipment such as cricket gear for the welfare committee. Almost all of the lists have been blue-pencilled.
