Full description

This dataset was generated using Oxford Nanopore technologies direct RNA sequencing of RNA extracted from whole blood of patients presenting with sepsis to Intensive care units and/or Emergency department, using R9.4 flowcells. The dataset was generated in order to find biomarkers which can distinguish different disease classes (i.e. reasons for febrile illness) including bacterial infection, viral infection.The data sets consists 12 samples.
