The collections consists of 668 inventory items, mostly paper files, grouped into 11 series. The total collection occupies 358 linear cm. The Guide is the output of a research database. It was originally produced in paper form in 1989 by the Australian Science Archives Project. It was published online by the Australian Science and Technology Heritage Centre in 2004. The collection is housed in 3,344 files, binders or boxes.
