These Matlab m files are based on those which previously came from Lukas, Friedrich and Goljan. They are not perfect and they are not released in a turn key existence. Where I have taught my students to comment their own code extensively, sadly I have not. The focus was always on the results and using this as a tool rather than developing something for future generations. This code is clearly an insight into the mind of a 21st century PhD student; chaotic and unordered. I am not a software developer or software engineer.
