Full description The Genome-wide Bayesian Mixture Model (GBMM), as implemented in GCTB software (e.g., SBayesRC), enables genome-wide fine-mapping of complex traits by jointly modeling all SNPs and annotation across the genome. These methods leverage summary-level statistics from genome-wide association studies (GWAS), genome-wide annotation file, and linkage disequilibrium (LD) information derived from a reference sample.
