This dataset provides genome-wide fine-mapping results for 599 complex traits generated using the GCTB software (e.g., SBayesRC), along with the corresponding linkage disequilibrium (LD) reference matrix in eigen decomposition format. An accompanying Excel file lists each trait alongside its corresponding result file names and estimated parameters of genetic architecture (e.g., polygenicity and heritability). For each trait, the following result files are included, .parSetRes, .gcsRes, .lcsRes, .gcs, .lcs, .enrich, .parRes, skepticalSNPs, and .snpRes files.
